The flag of the Armed Forces is based on the national flag, defaced with coat 
of arms in the middle of the yellow stripe, and country name is placed above it, 
and national motto is written underneath. Ratio is about 4:5.

I have a few photos of a flag with a shield that is golden and not white, and 
also bears inscriptions (Honneur on the left, Patrie on the right, and EMGA 
above the shield and RG below) in yellow on the left and right, and in gold in 
the center. The letters RG are for sure "Republique de Guinee"

This is not a military flag, but a military. As far as know EMGA means: 
état-major des armée - General Staff of the Army.
