Description of the flag

On 1 January two Norwegian counties - Nord-Trøndelag and Sør-Trøndelag merged into one Trøndelag Fylkeskommune (Trondelag County Municipality). At first the new county flew two former county flags together with the Norwegian flag  https://gammel.trondelagfylke.no/kontakt. However, on the later photos, there is a flag with coat of arms on it https://www.adressa.no/pluss/meninger/article16771089.ece/jw2s02/ALTERNATES/w980-default/Fylkeskommune_5421.jpg.
