The only change in the amenment is the expression of the fee for misuse of the flag in Euro.

The flag is in proportions 2:1, always to be hoisted vertically, vertically divided green-yellow with the coat of arms in the middle, fimbriated yellow in the part placed in the green field. The width of the coat of arms should be 2/3 of the flag width (hoist).

The coat of arms of Zreče is "Or a heart vert voided by two bendlets wavy in base".
This is, of course, not how it is described in the Decision, where description in common language is used. The coat of arms is the visual representation of the municipal motto, "Zreče, the green heart under the Pohorje", Pohorje being the nearby mountains.
The Decision includes a very detailed construction sheet of the coat of arms and the flag.

The colours are prescribed on the RAL Bonn 1990 scale as:
- Golden-yellow: RAL 1023;
- Green RAL 6029.
