Flag

The flag of Biscayne Park, Florida, is clearly based on the flag of the State of Florida. It consists of a green saltire on yellow, with the village seal placed in the middle; of which consists of a yellow ring bearing the words VILLAGE OF BISCAYNE PARK on the top ring, and FLORIDA on the bottom ring. In the middle, on a white circle, is what can be assumed to be a promenant building in the area, with the year 1933 written below it. The flag was adopted on March 4th, 1987, by Mayor Ed Burke, according to Flashback Miami.
