Description of the flag

I saw the flag in town today. It is a navy blue background with the seal of the City of Woodstock on it. It was likely adopted at the same time as the seal was back in 2017.
A photo of the flag within the City Hall is seen on a page of the Woodstock Towne Hall News, but I sadly didn't get a photo of it myself today.
