Description of the flag

A vertical triband of white-blue-white, bearing across the top a red ribbon stating GRUNDY COUNTY and EST. 1841, and below that several objects: a brown chimney and a white globe on pedestals, with INDUSTRY written over them; a cob of corn partially placed over the word AGRICULTURE; a lump of coal with COAL written on it, and a stagecoach with HERITAGE written above it.
