TAMUSA has had two flags. On both flags, the logo in white on a maroon field. A white scroll is underneath with a motto: "Praestare et Commendare" There appears to be dates in the corners of the scroll, but I couldn't find a picture with high enough resolution to make them out.

There is, or was a former flag of TAMU San Antonio at the TAMU system offices,
which was a white seal on a PMS 7421 maroon field (the photo is grayed out).

shows more of a black flag with a seal. This 2021 commencement (https://youtu.be/Aj6WJvFF6gQ?t=864)
shows the seal as silver, as the university colors are black and silver (as
shown by David).
