Description of the flag

Mark Sensen sent yesterday to the Benevex list - as it seems to be relevant, I have copied (and translated part of) it below:
On the governor's palace in Fort Amsterdam (Curaçao) a new flag is flying since 10-10-10. The governor always had a flag consisting of a white field with a narrow top and bottom of the colors of the Dutch flag; in center formerly within a circle the Antillian flag, which has been replaced by the flag of Curaçao. The governor of Sint Maarten has a similar flag.
